Simone Gater-Esters

Welcome to little Sprouts University! My name is Simone Gater-Esters, and I am so excited to introduce myself as the Director of our Early Childhood Learning Center.

I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have dedicated my career to creating nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environments where young children can thrive. With 10+ years of experience working with children from infancy through preschool, I have a deep appreciation for the importance of these early years in building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

At Little Sprouts University, we believe that every child is unique and full of potential. Our program is designed to support the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively—through play-based learning and hands-on exploration. As Director, my goal is to ensure that each child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn every day.

Equally important to me is building strong relationships with families. I believe that open, ongoing communication between home and school is essential for a child’s success. I invite you to reach out to me at any time with questions, feedback, or just to say hello. Together, we can create a positive, engaging, and loving learning community for your child.
